Description of the project:

Project „Yes Technology, No Addiction“, is focused on strengthening the smart and effective use of technology by young people, avoiding the creation of digital addiction. With the growth of smart phones, social media and other digital platforms, a lot of young people are exposed to the risk of developing bad habits that can lead to social isolation, reduced production and mental health problems.

Aims:

• Raising public awareness among young people to use technology
• Promoting healthy digital skills
• Encouraging critical thinking
• Encouraging alternative activities

Results:

• Improved awareness among young people for the risks of digital addiction
• Improved mental health and welfare due to reduced time spent on technology use and increased participation in social activities
• Stronger skills for critical thinking related to the use of digital contents
• Creating a net of young agents who promote a responsible use of technology in their communities
